We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of CardioX. This Refund Policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work.

14-day return period

You may return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it. If you are located in the EU, this reflects your statutory right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU; in other regions we offer the same 14-day window as a matter of policy.

Conditions

To be eligible, items should be unused and in their original, unopened packaging where possible, for reasons of hygiene and product safety. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us at info@washwashflexible.shop with your name and order details, and we will explain the next steps and the return address. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund. Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method or another agreed method, normally within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used food supplements may not be eligible for return except where required by law or where the product is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable delivery costs.
